It is easy to get overwhelmed when walking through the hand tools section of a hardware store or home center. The large number of different tools and brands makes it difficult to know what you need or how to choose! Join instructor Lee Taylor as he shares what tools are important to have in your home tool box and why. Lee will also share what tools are gimmicks and what to avoid when shopping for tools. Bring your tool box along to the workshop and Lee will help you understand what you have and what you might need. Also plan to join us September 5 for “Hand Tool Use” to learn how to use those tools! **Please note that both of these workshops will focus on human powered tools (not electric or battery operated tools). Power tools will be covered later in September.
