May 16, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Basic Lawn Mower Maintenance Workshop
You are counting on your lawn mower to keep your grass cut and avoid complaints from neighbors and the city. A well maintained lawn mower can cut grass faster, using less gas. Learn how to show this machine some love and keep it running well for many years to come! Also learn how to prepare your mower for winter storage to ensure easy starts each spring! This workshop is specifically geared towards gas powered lawn mowers, but those with electric mowers are welcome to attend as well! Please come prepared to get dirty as we will be maintaining a real, functioning mower!
This free, hands-on, in-person empowerment workshop is held at our Education Center, 812 Bryant Street, Kalamazoo. Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend or meet new friends at the workshop! Registration is encouraged to ensure we have enough seating and materials available. The workshop is also broadcast live online on youtube icon download 16x16 - curved YouTube and Facebook icon download 16x16 - curved Facebook without the hands-on experience.
