Learn how to collect rainfall from your gutters to water your garden or to divert to a different part of your yard! In this workshop, we will work together using common hand and power tools to build an inexpensive, functional rain barrel. For tool safety, please, no loose-fitting clothing or long hair. Completed rain barrels will be available for purchase at the end of the workshop.
This hands-on workshop takes place at the Community Homeworks Education Center, 812 Bryant Street, Kalamazoo (pre-registration and masks are required). There is no charge to attend the workshop. The live workshop can also be viewed virtually on Facebook Live and YouTube. Ask your questions in-person or by typing them into the comments section online.
